Woodlands Church Angel Tree Ministry delivers hope and dignity to hurting families by providing Christmas gifts to under-resourced children in our local community. Each child receives a joyfully wrapped new outfit and a wish item. All gifts are delivered to the parents at the school the week before Christmas.
Our 2009 program provided Christmas gifts to over 4,500 children in the following schools:
- Members of our church congregation
- Conroe ISD Schools: Anderson, Glen Loch, Houser, Milam, Sam Houston, San Jacinto and Runyan Elementary schools. Cryar, Bozman, and Travis Intermediate schools.
- Tomball ISD Schools: Tomball, Decker Prairie, Rosehill Elementary schools.
- Humble ISD Schools: Whispering Pines and Park Lake Elementary schools.
- The children in Montgomery County Children's Protective Services - State Conservatorship care.
- Children served by Arrow Ministries
